RSG Federal is a family-owned small business founded by David and Rabecca Wood. Our family has a tradition of military service in the United States Army spanning multiple generations and conflicts. In addition, our founders have personally delivered decisive service value to the Federal Government at the Pentagon, the United States Army, the United States Air Force, the United States Navy, the United States Coast Guard, and the Department of Health & Human Services. Our Story
David R. Wood
Chief Executive Officer
David possesses a degree in operations management, the ITIL Master qualification, and 20 years professional experience. He is a former U.S. Army National Guard soldier and officer. David oversees RSG Federal’s strategy, operations, sales, human resources, and accounting.
Rabecca Wood
Chief Marketing Officer
Rabecca possesses a degree in marketing, ITIL certifications, commercial sales and SBA small business experience. Rabecca oversees RSG Federal's marketing activities and staff.
